Year one of the Crawford Scholars Program is the Ethics and Technology Academy, which focuses development squarely on the values and ethical behavior necessary to maintain a high-integrity career. The Academy will include formal learning, executive speakers, and situational learning through simulations and an ethical leadership consultation project.
Active status in the Crawford Scholars Program is a prerequisite for this class.

Year three of the Crawford Scholars Program will be spent being mentored and with a technology executive-in-residence. These activities will include pairing each student with a career and leadership coach who will meet quarterly with the student over the entire undergraduate degree program. In addition, the mentoring program will sponsor an Executive-in-Residence who, like Dr. Crawford has extensive experience in the technology space.

The William E. Hay Leadership Accelerator is a comprehensive, co-curricular leadership development experience open to DePaul juniors and seniors of all majors. The program is designed to develop personal effectiveness, essential leadership skills, and overall career readiness. Individual development is delivered through an engaging blend of in-person workshops, guided self-reflections, and experiential exercises and applications. The program is cohort-based and unfolds over the course of an academic year, allowing for long-lasting friendships and professional networking. Hay Leadership Scholars gain valuable workplace competencies, enhance their workplace professionalism, and learn and practice effective and ethical leadership.
Active status in the Hay Leadership Accelerator is a prerequisite for this class.
