The German minor at DePaul University provides students with a linguistic and cultural background, develops their creative and critical thinking skills, and helps to prepare them for citizenship in a multilingual world.
The minor consists of a total of 5 courses in German language: GER 105, GER 106, and three GER 300-level electives, including GER 322 and GER 334. Courses ending with E are not language courses and cannot fulfill the language requirement.
Students majoring in German (BA) or minoring in German Studies are restricted from earning this minor.
