The Music Studies minor includes an introduction to music history course and a music theory course alongside four courses in the School of Music that are part of the Arts and Literature Domain, including topics such as rock music, world music and songwriting.

Additional Courses
A maximum of six ensemble credits may be applied to the additional courses requirement. In addition, credit will be given for musicianship courses taken as a former music major.
Students who take both MUS 107 and MUS 277 are eligible to take COM 313.
Students majoring in Music are restricted from earning this minor.
