DePaul may initiate this process if a student:
- Demonstrates behavior that is unreasonably disruptive to the normal education processes and orderly operation of the university;
- Demonstrates behavior that poses a serious and imminent health or safety risk to the themselves, or
- Demonstrates behavior that poses a serious and imminent health or safety risk to others.
