The Global Asian Studies Program at DePaul University is the only one of its kind in the United States. Courses offer an in-depth, challenging and critical thinking based perspective on ancient societies, cutting edge technology and current events in the Asian region, Asian diaspora and Asian American communities.

Our faculty teach more than 100 courses in the humanities and social sciences. We also offer a number of Study Abroad trips to Asia and the Americas, as well as host events and workshops for students.

From ancient cultures to modern technology, DePaul’s Global Asian Studies program provides an important foundation for students to prepare to have a leading role in the 21st  “Pacific” Century.
